GRANDVIEW BAPTIST CHURCH

Here is a calendar of events planned for the children during the summer months.  We will not have regular activities of AWANA CLUB until August.  Look for more    information about that.

• Wednesday, May 17 - AWANA Awards Night (All parents please attend)  We will have light refreshment after the Awards are given. Starts at 6:00 pm until.

• Wednesday, May 24 - Water Fun End of the Year Party.  We will have pizza, drink and icy pops.  Regular time:  6:00 - 7:30 p.m.  Have your child wear their swimsuit and bring a towel.  We will have a water slide and wet activities. 

· Summer Events:

· Wed. June 7 - 6:00 - 7:45 PM Axtion Air Jump & Sports Trampoline Park * Cost: $15 for one hour.  (*Preschool Children 2-4 yrs of age must be accompanied by a parent or grandparent.)

· Tuesday, June 13 - Two by Two Petting Zoo* in Enterprise.  Meet at the church at 10 AM and we will be back by 2 PM. Cost is $5.  We are asking each to bring a sack lunch and we will furnish the drinks. After the Petting Zoo we will go to the park and eat our lunch and play. (*Preschool Children 2-4 yrs of age must be accompanied by a parent or grandparent.)

· Wed. July 5 - Patricia Lanes Bowling*.  Meet at the church at 5:45 PM and we will return by 7:45 PM. (*Preschool Children 2-4 yrs of age must be accompanied by a parent or grandparent.) Cost: TBA

· Friday, July 28 - Parent’s Night Out from 6:00 - 9:00 PM.  (Must be signed up before Monday, July 24th please.  This is for all ages (babies through 6th grade). We will have Pizza, Movie, Popcorn, Drink and lots of fun.

· In order for your child to be transport to these events, each child must have a medical release form signed and on file.
